All of our CDCA Care Team Members are fully DBS and referenced checked prior to starting work with CDCA.
All our Care Team Members undergo comprehensive Training in our own Training Centre. These courses are delivered by our very own specialised Teaching Team.
We have a very experienced Care Team that have adopted our philosophy to Care.
We teach all our new team members how to deliver the highest quality Care to our users of service.
We continue our Care team’s knowledge on Health and Social Care by not only training them in different Care subjects but also by putting them through a NVQ/QCF qualification with our designated Connect2Care assessor.

All or our Care Team Members are fully covered under our comprehensive insurance policy.
All of our Care Team Members are employed on contracted hours to maintain continuity of Care. We do not offer zero hour contracts as we feel this devalues people who work within the Care industry.
We also provide our Care team with our very own CDCA cars to enable them not to worry about the wear and tear on their own cars but to also ensure that they can to client visits on time.
We never assign our Care team two or more visits at the same time as some other agencies unfortunately do. We also pay our Care team for their client travel time.
