We like to have a close nit team of 3 to 4 CDCA Carers work with you or your family member. This is because we like to ensure that there are always members of your assigned CDCA Care Team available to deliver you the best quality Care that you need. By having a close nit Team of 3 to 4 CDCA Care Team Members, they will always be able to cover your assigned visits, regardless of illness, training and annual leave.
We cannot administer injections and controlled drugs, we cannot pick people up off the floor (this is for paramedics only), we cannot perform heavy-duty housework and we cannot disclose person information about other services users and our CDCA Team.
All of our CDCA Team Members are insured and DBS Checked. All of our CDCA Team Members have gone through our vigorous CDCA Interview process. This includes: 2 to 3 interviews, our CDCA Psychometric test, reference checks and our induction process to ensure all of our CDCA Team Members share our same Care ethos, high Care knowledge and correct Care Practices.
All payments are arranged with our CDCA General Manager. Give our office Headquarters a call to find out more.

All our carers have a CDCA Mobile Phone. Our CDCA Team Members will log into their calls at the start of the visit and when they finish your visit. This is automatically sent to our office headquarters to ensure us that your call has been started and finished at the appropriate time. We also keep written records in your Care plan under the ‘Daily Records’ section. You can always check your loved ones daily record sheets to see that our CDCA Team have Cared for your loved one.
All of CDCA Care Team Members have been trained and have regular training and supervisions to ensure that our CDCA Team Members are always administrating your medication correctly.
We are governed by law to follow the Data Protection ACT of 1998. This ensures that all of your private details are not shared with anyone who is not on a ‘need to know’ basis. As our CDCA Team Members would not like their personal details and information shared, we understand that your personal information is indeed, personal and should be kept that way.
We build all of our Care packages so that they are bespoke to meet the individual’s needs. Our Care packages are reviewed on a monthly basis; this allows relevant changes to be made. We also have main reviews that are carried out on a 3-month, 6 month or yearly basis depending on the changing needs of our service users. If at any time you, or your loved ones feel that any changes need to be made to your Care, contact us and we will be happy
