This provides only the right people to deliver your Care.
Having regular Care Training, Supervisions and Care Team Meetings ensures that our CDCA Team Members are always up to date with all the latest Practices, Policies and Procedures of Care.
For the benefit of our users of service, we supply our Care Team Members with our fully insured CDCA company cars.
This makes certain that our Care Team can get to their client visits safe and effectively on time.
By having our CDCA uniform Bag and I.D badge, you can be assured that, not only are these your CDCA Carers but also that they come prepared for many eventualities that could occur through their working day.
Our Care Team Members are issued CDCA work mobile phones to ensure that they always have their work schedule to hand and can call if an emergency occurs.
Our on call CDCA Management Member can help with and solve any issues that have occurred out of office hours.
