Supported Living Schemes help vulnerable adults from all ages and backgrounds to live as independently as possible in the community. Service users are responsible for their own tenancies, and often receive an agreed level of care and housing-related support to meet their needs including;

Our supported living services consist of a broad range of services to adults with learning and physical disabilities, sensory impairment and mental health illness who choose to live in homes they own, or lease in the community.
